In this presentation, I show the culmination of my PhD thesis work in the lab of Dr. Kevin Bender, examining dopamine D3 receptor modulation of prefrontal cells and circuits. This work provides a framework for understanding the cellular and subcellular substrates of prefrontal dopaminergic modulation, both conceptually as well as through technical advancements in cellular classification techniques for this region.
